How Our Little Pizza Stall Became a Local Spot
I first began this journey back in 2011 when I ran a small slice counter inside a busy convenience store. I wanted to bring people fresh pizza made with ingredients from local farms. Neighbors would stop on their way home, families would bring children for a warm pie. I listened to comments and tweaked my sauce, dough, and toppings until plates disappeared. Soon we opened our own kitchen, take a seat under a big TV and free parking. It became a spot where guests felt at home.
Fresh Local Ingredients Make Every Pizza Daily
We believe in fresh, simple ingredients each day. I make sauce from ripe tomatoes and stretch dough by hand every morning. Nearby farms and fish markets help us serve fresh produce and seafood. We top pizzas, salads, wraps, subs, and wings with crisp veggies, savory meats, and melty cheese. Our Buffalo Pizza features chicken in a tangy sauce and cheese that balances heat. Each time I see a smile on a guest’s face, I know our work matters. I’m proud of every pie we send out. Every day.
